Cambridge Academy takes great pride in its teaching staff. We go to great lengths to hire teachers that meet and exceed all state and local requirements. Additionally, we perform background checks and reference checks to ensure that every teacher has the credentials needed to provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for your child.

Our School Directors are required to have a college degree with an emphasis in early childhood education and also successful, hands-on experience within the child-care industry. In addition, all members of our staff receive ongoing training and every member is evaluated throughout the year.
